There is nothing really crackpot about this, but seems like it should be here. Lotus of Siam is a Thai rest. in Vegas. It has been called the best in the country, best in the world, etc. by critics from all sorts of publications: NYT, Gourmet Magazine, etc. I went 3 weeks ago, and am going again in another month.
